Vikings vs. Bengals 2013 picks and predictions: Cincinnati a popular pick

Most NFL experts predict the Bengals will take care of business against Minnesota and move closer to winning the AFC North.

Heading into Week 15, the Cincinnati Bengals were in control of the AFC North race. The outlook changed considerably when the Bengals lost at Pittsburgh and the Ravens pulled off a comeback win on Monday night. The Bengals could now find themselves out of the playoffs entirely.

In order to avoid a late-season collapse, Cincinnati will need to keep winning. The Bengals host the Ravens next week in what could be a battle for the division, but the Bengals can help themselves with a win this week as well. With a win against Minnesota and some help, the Bengals could clinch the division or possibly a playoff berth. The Vikings upset Chicago and Philadelphia in recent weeks, but most experts predict the Bengals will take care of business.

All six of SB Nation’s NFL experts picked the Bengals to win at home.

Seven of CBS Sports’ eight NFL experts agree with SB Nation’s prognosticators. Only Jason La Canfora picked the Vikings to pull the upset. The Bengals are 7.5-point favorites and three of the eight picked Minnesota when factoring in the point spread. John Breech picked Cincinnati to come away with a 30-20 win.

The Bengals would clinch the AFC North with a win and a Ravens loss or tie to the Patriots. Cincinnati would clinch a playoff spot with a win and a Miami loss or tie.
