Kaepernick attempted to scramble away from pressure, but as he turned, he was met by Jonathan Massaquoi who delivered a massive hit.
That is one of the bigger hits you'll see on a quarterback as Kaepernick squared himself up to Massaquoi just as he was about to deliver the blow. There was a lot of helmet-to-helmet contact on the hit, but no flag was thrown. Kaepernick remained in the game, and the 49ers came away with a field goal on the drive.
