Hali, Houston both active for wild card game

The Chiefs could get an even bigger boost with Houston’s return. Houston hasn’t played since suffering an elbow injury in Week 12. Kansas City struggled with a hobbled defense down the stretch, losing five of their last seven games after starting the season 9-0.
