The Bills have added a veteran tight end to their lineup. Buffalo has signed former Chiefs tight end Tony Moeaki to a two-year deal, according to Tim Graham of Buffalo News. Moeaki was placed on injured reserve to start the season and was waived by the Chiefs with an injury settlement in Week 8 after he recovered from a shoulder fracture.

The Bills have added some firepower to their offense with the signing of tight end Tony Moeaki.

Moeaki was drafted by Kansas City in the 2010 NFL Draft. He had an impressive rookie year, but missed his entire sophomore season with an injury. He returned for 2012 and was featured heavily on offense. Moeaki has collected 80 catches for 1,009 yards in 30 games played. He has yet to play a whole NFL season.
The Bills are currently 4-8 and in last place in the AFC East. This move is likely to set up Moeaki for the next season. It is unclear whether or not Moeaki will play in Buffalo's Week 14 game against the Buccaneers.
