Adrian Peterson says Ravens fans threw snowballs at him

And apparently, Ravens fans have incredible aim.

Adrian Peterson had to leave Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens early with an ankle injury, which left him watching the game on the sidelines. But watching the game end with a flurry of touchdowns and, of course, a Ravens win wasn't the only thing that left a sour taste in Peterson's mouth: he didn't like the way the Ravens' fans acted.

To be fair, it was very, very, very, very, very snowy. And it's practically a law that fans in the stands of football games where it's snowing have to emphatically throw snowballs all night.

But, it wasn’t just that they were throwing snowballs: it was where they were throwing them:

If Adrian Peterson actually got hit in the face with an ice ball and no cameraman caught it for us to make a GIF of for eternity, I'm disappointed.

Of course, the only part of this the NFL will care about is Peterson criticizing officials, which could cost him.
