The Vikings have battled hard since Frazier replaced former head coach Brad Childress two seasons ago.
The organization was in disarray, making desperate decisions in the free agency and the draft; like bringing in a 40-year-old Brett Favre, for instance. But with Frazier, the train seems to finally be back on the tracks.
For quite some, Minnesota has been bullied, but now they have recently asserted themselves.
Even though this team is still building, ownership appears to agree with the direction they are headed. By rewarding Frazier with a multi-year contract, it becomes clear that they appreciate the head coach’s bravado and the mentality instilled within this franchise.
