The Cleveland Browns are pursuing defensive linemen Ricky Jean-Francois and Jason Jones, according to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal:
Browns rumors: Jason Jones, Ricky Jean-Francois among free agent interests
Cleveland is shopping for linemen this offseason.

With the Browns switching from a 4-3 system to defensive coordinator Ray Horton’s 3-4 multi-front scheme, Jean Francois would be a logical fit in Cleveland. The Browns have plenty of tackles but could certainly use some ends with experience in a 3-4 system.
Jean-Francois, 26, spent his first four NFL seasons with the San Francisco 49ers. He has appeared in 43 career games, but has only started two, playing primarily as a backup. He has recorded 49 total tackles and three career sacks.
Jones, 26, has split time as a starter and a backup over his five NFL seasons. He was a second-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans. In his rookie season, Jones recorded 31 total tackles and five sacks. His best season came in 2010, starting 15 games for the Titans. He recorded 3 1/2 sacks, three forced fumbles and 38 total tackles.
After four years with the Titans, Jones played 12 games with the Seahawks last season. He recorded three sacks and 10 tackles.
Ulrich also wrote the Browns are interested in free agent tight end Jared Cook. The Browns would use Cook to replace tight end Ben Watson, who won’t be re-signed.
