Free agent left tackle Jake Long will take his first visit to the St. Louis Rams, according to a report from Albert Breer of the NFL Network.
Jake Long rumors: Rams schedule visit with LT
Looking to bolster their offensive line, the Rams have set up a free agent visit with left tackle Jake Long. The Bears are also reported to be interested in Long, but will he make it to Chicago?

Long, once considered to be among the best left tackles in the NFL, was expected to draw free-agent interest from Chicago and St. Louis, among other teams. It appears the Rams have a slight leg up on the Bears and other teams, as Long will visit St. Louis first.
Improving the offensive line was thought to be one of the Rams’ top priorities this offseason. Long has been hampered by injuries in recent seasons, but was given a clean bill of health this offseason. If Long can return to form, he could be a major acquisition for St. Louis. Roger Staffold started at left tackle for St. Louis last season, but he could slide across the line to right tackle if Long joins the Rams.
Long is reportedly searching for a contract worth at least $11 million per season, but injury concerns may drive his price down.
