The Oakland Raiders bolstered their defensive line on Monday, agreeing to a deal with free agent defensive tackle Vance Walker.
Vance Walker signs with Raiders
Ever heard of Vance Walker? The Oakland Raiders have because they signed him on Monday.

The Raiders defensive line depth has taken a hit this offseason, with Richard Seymour and Desmond Bryant hitting the open market. The 25-year-old Walker should help fill the void. A former seventh-round draft pick, Walker spent four seasons with the Falcons. He started 11 games last season, including both of Atlanta's playoff games. Walker finished with career-highs in tackles with 32 and sacks with 3.0 last season. He added six tackles and a sack in the playoffs.
While he may not be a household name, Walker should be a nice addition for the Raiders. He played well last season as a part-time player and brings versatility to the Raiders defensive line. According to Rick Drummond of Pro Football Focus, Walker played multiple positions for Atlanta, lining up at defensive tackle, nose tackle and defensive end depending on the defensive formation.
