After a couple months of debate, London Fletcher looks ready to return for a 16th NFL season.
London Fletcher injury update: Redskins LB wants to return in 2013
It looks like the veteran has made up his mind and is coming back for at least one more year.

Fletcher, 37, told CBS Washington’s David Elfin that he is having a pair of surgeries performed so he can come back healthy for next season:
But they [the surgeries] had to happen because as Fletcher told me the other day while making me promise to hold the news until this morning, “Surgery is the first step towards prepping for next season.”
It's the first notion that Fletcher will definitely be playing for the Washington Redskins in 2013. After the season ended, Fletcher said he would "take some time" to figure out his future. Even as of late February Fletcher wasn't quire sure what he was going to do.
But as the saying goes, if it ain’t broke, why fix it?
Fletcher, despite being closer to 40 than 30, is still a Pro Bowl-caliber middle linebacker. In fact, his three best seasons were his last three seasons. In 2012 he recorded 141 total tackles, three sacks, five interceptions and a forced fumble.
In his last three seasons, Fletcher has averaged 148 total tackles, three interceptions, two sacks and two forced fumbles.
On Tuesday, Hogs Haven was hoping an answer from Fletcher would come quickly. On Wednesday, they got it.
Fletcher has one year remaining on his deal with the Redskins. The team will pay him $6.2 million in 2013.
