The fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft kicked off with perhaps the biggest name still left on the board. The Philadelphia Eagles traded up with the Jacksonville Jaguars to select USC quarterback Matt Barkley with the No. 98 overall pick. Barkley kicked off a run on quarterbacks. In the fourth, a total of four quarterbacks were drafted: Barkley (Eagles), Ryan Nassib (Giants), Tyler Wilson (Raiders) and Landry Jones (Steelers).

Four quarterbacks were drafted in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft, including Matt Barkley moving to Philadelphia.
The fourth round also saw an onslaught of small school prospect get drafted. Valdosta State, William & Mary, James Madison, Cornell and Harvard were among the programs represented.
