The Ravens and the 49ers had two picks each between Nos. 128 and 131. They may have come away with some of the biggest steals of the fourth round, including Quinton Patton, John Simon and Marcus Lattimore.

128. San Francisco 49ers: Quinton Patton WR Louisiana Tech, 6'0, 204 pounds
Patton isn’t a physcial freak, which is why he fell to Day 2 of the draft. He’s a natural wideout, however, with tremendous body control and hands. He is a great fit with the 49ers. A strong wide receiver corps will be even stronger next season.

129. Baltimore Ravens: John Simon DE Ohio State, 6'1, 257 pounds
Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome proves year after year that he has tremendous eye for defensive talent. He may have gotten another steal in Simon. From SB Nation’s prospect profile:
Simon closed out a brilliant Ohio State career with this year’s 12-0 team: as SB Nation’s Land-Grant Holy Land wrote, coaches and teammates alike praised him as a leader in a year that culminated with the honor for his conference’s best defensive player. He showed ability to play on both ends and even put his hand on the ground as a defensive tackle from time to time.
130. Baltimore Ravens: Kyle Juszczyk FB Harvard, 6'1, 248 pounds
Chances are you haven't heard of Kyle Juszczyk, but he had a tremendous showing at Harvard's pro day. Juszczyk ran 4.71 40-yard dash and posted a 37-inch vertical jump. He could be a tremendous lead blocker for Ray Rice down the line.
131. San Francisco 49ers: Marcus Lattimore RB South Carolina, 5'11, 221 pounds
Lattimore might be the most popular prospect in his draft class. Coming off a terrible knee injury, he may have to redshirt a year to get back up to full speed. In San Francisco, he'll have the chance to succeed the aging Frank Gore down the line. The fit could not be better.
Just stepping on a NFL field will be a triumph for the South Carolina back, but he’s looking to show that he’s not just capable of playing in the NFL, but of being one of the better running backs in his class. Lattimore proved to be a fearsome ballcarrier his freshman year, busting out for 1,197 yards on 4.8 yards per carry. The speed, the dynamic cuts, the ability to get past defenders no matter how — it was all there. That guy was a first-round pick before his injury.
132. Detroit Lions: Devin Taylor DE South Carolina, 6'7, 266 pounds
Taylor flew under the radar behind elite talents at South Carolina. During the offseason, he finally had the chance to shine in private workouts. He landed on the Lions’ radar as a result.
Taylor started all 13 games as a senior with the Gamecocks and racked up 40 tackles, including 8.5 tackles for loss and three sacks. He also broke up five passes and hurried the opposing quarterback three times. He graduated after the season with his degree in integrated information technology and was invited to the East-West Shrine Game, as well as the NFL Combine.
