Geno Smith injury: Jets QB practicing following sprained ankle
Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith is practicing on Sunday despite his ankle injury.

Smith initially told reporters over the weekend that he didn’t expect to miss any time during practice or the preseason and so far that appears to be the case. Though Smith is practicing injured, he does have a noticeable limp and doesn’t appear physically ready to play, according to some reporters in attendance at the practice.
I love Geno Smith's desire to play and although he doesn't look horrible today, he should have taken the day off and rested his ankle #nyj
