Smith initially told reporters over the weekend that he didn’t expect to miss any time during practice or the preseason and so far that appears to be the case. Though Smith is practicing injured, he does have a noticeable limp and doesn’t appear physically ready to play, according to some reporters in attendance at the practice.

Smith ended the game on Friday going 6-7 with 47 passing yards.
