A regular season game between the Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills likely wouldn't get a lot of fanfare, but this weekend's preseason matchup could be one of the more interesting games of the Week 2 slate of NFL exhibition games.
Vikings vs. Bills: How to watch online, TV schedule, radio and more
Christian Ponder will try to match his opponent’s strong quarterback play from Week 1 when the Vikings visit the Bills on Friday night.

It's only the preseason, obviously, but the Bills looked great in their 44-20 drubbing of the Indianapolis Colts in the first week of action. First-round pick E.J. Manuel was impressive en route to completing 16 of his 21 passes for 107 yards and a touchdown, but it was undrafted rookie Jeff Tuel who received a decent amount of the hype after throwing for 212 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 19 of his 23 pass attempts.
The Vikings won the first half of their preseason battle against the Houston Texans, but their backups couldn't keep the momentum as they dropped a 27-13 decision to the Houston Texans. Starting quarterback Christian Ponder struggled, throwing an interception despite amassing just two pass attempts -- something he'll need to improve upon this week to make sure Matt Cassel doesn't take over the starting job.
