Hopefully a home cooked meal will wash the extra-bitter Week 1 taste out of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' mouths when they host the New Orleans Saints in Week 2. Tampa Bay had a nice tidy, 17-15, win against the New York Jets all but wrapped up with a few seconds left on the clock. But Lavonte David's personal foul with two seconds left kept the game going and the Jets kicked the winning field goal as time expired.
NFL picks and predictions, Saints vs. Buccaneers: New Orleans is the heavy favorite
Most people aren’t expecting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to rebound against the New Orleans Saints after their disappointing Week 1 loss.

The Saints celebrated coach Sean Payton's return to the sidelines with a narrow win against the Falcons. Drew Brees passed for 357 yards with two touchdowns, but the Saints needed an interception in the end zone from Roman Harper in the final minutes of the game to preserve the win.
Most experts agree that even though New Orleans is on the road, it will have what it takes to extend another gut punch to Tampa Bay. The Saints were a near unanimous pick among the folks at CBS Sports, with only Pete Prisco siding with the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay didn’t fare much better over on the ESPN crew, with only two of the 14 picks leaning the Buccaneers’ way.
The oddsmakers aren’t as whole heartedly on New Orleans’ side. According to Oddsshark.com, the spread for the game opened favoring the Saints by 3 points. That has increased to just 3.5 points on some sites, with others keeping the 3-point spread.
