The Panthers and Bills are both looking to rebound from tough Week 1 losses, as Carolina travels to Buffalo with the two teams hoping to avoid a tough 0-2 hole to start the season.
NFL inactives, Panthers vs. Bills 2013: Safety Jarius Byrd out vs Carolina
The Bills will once again be without star safety Jarius Byrd.

Carolina appeared to have been in trouble of missing some key players for this matchup, yet DT Dwan Edwards, TE Ben Harstock and LB Jon Beason all ended up being listed as probable for this game after having missed practice time during the week.
The Bills, however, will be without star safety Jarius Byrd as he continues to recover from a bout of plantar fasciitis. Byrd participated in practice this past week but will miss his second consecutive game to start the season.
