Jake Locker injury: Titans QB taken to hospital for evaluation

Locker’s season was off to a solid start prior to his injuries. On the season, he is completing 62.2 percent of his passes for 721 yards, six touchdowns and zero interceptions through four game appearances. Fitzpatrick has not been able to replicate Locker’s efficiency. He is completing just 52.6 percent of his passes, with four interceptions to only two touchdowns in three game appearances.

Over at Titans blog Music City Miracles, fans are discussing whether Munchak should risk starting Locker this week:

The Titans would reportedly like to keep Locker on the 53-man roster rather than place him on short-term injured reserve. If Locker was placed on IR and designated for return, he would not be able to return to practice for six weeks, and would not be able to play in a game for eight weeks.
