2014 NFL playoff bracket: AFC schedule for 2nd round set after Chargers win
A week ago, the Chargers were a huge longshot just to get into the postseason. Now, they’re headed to the second round and to Denver, where they won less than a month ago.
The AFC side of the divisional round of the 2014 NFL playoffs is officially set after the San Diego Chargers beat the Cincinnati Bengals, 27-10, in their Wild Card game on Sunday.

The complete bracket following all of the weekend's games, courtesy SB Nation's beautiful NFL Playoffs app. As the No. 6 and lowest remaining seed, the Chargers will travel to Denver to face the top-seeded Broncos, who have been resting and waiting this weekend with a first-round bye. The Broncos and Chargers split their regular season series, with Denver winning 28-20 in Week 10 and San Diego getting revenge with a 27-20 win on the road in Week 15.
The second-seeded New England Patriots, also on bye this week, will face the Indianapolis Colts next Saturday. The Colts rallied from 28 points down against the Kansas City Chiefs this weekend to advance. It will be the first matchup between the two teams this season.
The NFC is still awaiting the Sunday evening game between the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers. The New Orleans Saints squeaked past the the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday night, and they'll play the top-seeded Seattle Seahawks next Saturday. Seattle beat New Orleans, 34-7, in Week 13.
The winner of 49ers-Packers will travel to Carolina to face the Panthers, who own the conference's second seed. Carolina hasn't played Green Bay this season, but did beat the 49ers in a tough defensive battle in Week 10.
