Henry Josey to enter 2014 NFL Draft

Missouri running back Henry Josey is set to join the ranks of the NFL. Josey will forgo his redshirt senior season and enter the 2014 NFL Draft, Missouri announced on Tuesday. The 21-year-old running back is coming off of two stellar seasons and helped the school win the AT&T Cotton Bowl this season with 92 rushing yards and three touchdowns against Oklahoma State.

Josey is coming off two seasons of absolute dominance on the ground, despite missing a whole season in between with a leg injury. In 2011, he ranked second in the NCAA with 8.1 yards per carry. His sophomore season ended with 145 carries for 1,168 rushing yards and nine touchdowns. He was forced to sit out the 2012 season with a knee injury.

Josey returned to the field this season with 174 carries for 1,166 rushing yards and 17 total touchdowns. Josey has career totals of 395 carries for 2,771 for 30 rushing touchdowns and 24 receptions for 175 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown over three seasons.
