New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker is active for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos. Decker is dealing with a hamstring injury and was officially listed as questionable on the injury report. He was a limited participant in practice all three days this past week.
Eric Decker injury: Jets WR will play vs. Broncos
The former Denver target will suit up for the Jets in Week 6.

Decker hasn't panned out in the way the Jets have hoped this season, but the hamstring injury likely has a lot to do with that. He's been dealing with the injury since at least Week 3, when he left the game against the Chicago Bears. He then played in the following game against the Detroit Lions, but was consistently limited in practice.
The Jets drew some criticism for not giving Decker enough time to recover, and he ended up missing the team's Week 5 game against the San Diego Chargers.
Decker has 14 receptions for 204 yards and two touchdowns on the season. The Jets want more out of him, but they desperately need more out of the quarterback position, which will be manned by Michael Vick this week after Geno Smith was benched. Vick doesn't inspire a whole lot of confidence after admitting to not taking his practice reps seriously prior to Week 5, but its what they have to work with.
Decker being active should help things considerably though, especially if the receiver is particularly driven to put up big numbers against his former team.
