NFL picks and predictions: Bengals vs. Colts 2014: Vegas gives Indy a narrow edge at home
Two of the AFC’s best will do battle at Lucas Oil Stadium with Cincinnati coming in as a slight underdog.

The Bengals are coming off a tie with the Carolina Panthers at home in Week 6. The Colts' only home loss so far was to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2.
That was also the Colts’ last loss; they currently stand at 4-2. Those factors, along with the fact that the Colts boast the top-ranked offense with 31.5 points per game, make this a favorable matchup for the home squad. Luck has the Colts rolling through the air to the tune of 328.67 yards passing per game.
Cincinnati has struggled on defense, allowing 257.4 passing yards per game to opposing offenses while sauntering to a No. 29 road run defense that allows 155.5 yards per game away from home.
All 13 of ESPN’s panelists like the Colts to prevail, while CBS Sports favors Indianapolis by a 5-3 margin. Yahoo Sports’ group of two sees it like everyone else with the Bengals falling, 2-0.
SB Nation’s team leans Indy’s way with five of seven experts picking the home team. There’s plenty of room for the experts to be wrong in this one, however, considering both teams bring in a wealth of talent and a first-place billing in their respective divisions.
