Texans vs. Cowboys 2014: Live stream, time, TV schedule, and radio

With both teams coming in with 3-1 records, the Texans and Cowboys will be fighting it out for Texas supremacy Sunday afternoon.

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

There's a surprisingly big showdown going down in Texas this weekend. Both the Houston Texans and Dallas Cowboys are sitting with 3-1 records, and will be duking it out in Dallas for Lone Star supremacy.

The Texans are riding high with Ryan Fitzpatrick under center, but Houston's schedule has been a cake walk so far. Sunday's matchup with the Cowboys offers a great test for the Texans, kicking off a tough stretch on the schedule over the next few weeks.

Fitzpatrick is a stop-gap option for the Texans, but the partnership has worked out well over the first four games. Of course, they won't be able to survive much longer if Fitzpatrick maintains a 1:1 touchdown to interception ratio. Meanwhile, running back Arian Foster is dealing with a lingering hamstring injury, which limited him to just six yards on eight carries last week.

No one thought the Cowboys would be 3-1 as a result of their dominant defense, but here we are. DeMarco Murray is an absolute monster, running behind a great offensive line to the tune of a league-leading 534 rushing yards. Tony Romo hasn't imploded yet, but keep in mind that we are just a quarter of the way through the season. He has seven touchdowns and four interceptions so far and isn't being asked to do too much in this offense, which does bode well for his future. As long as the team is able to lean on the running game, things might finally work out in Dallas.
