It’s been an up-and-down start to the season for the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland’s first three games all went down to the wire and the Browns could easily be sitting at 3-0. Except they aren’t. A pair of close losses have Cleveland at 1-2, despite how competitive they’ve been. The start for the Tennessee Titans hasn’t been as promising. Tennessee was outscored 72-24 in its last two games. Mistakes have been plentiful on both sides and with less-than-stellar defenses squaring off, it could be a high-scoring affair on Sunday in Tennessee.
How to watch Browns vs. Titans 2014: Live stream, time, TV schedule and radio
The Browns are fresh off the bye and attempting to move to .500 against a Titans team that has lost three straight games in embarrassing fashion.

Although many expected Johnny Manziel to be starting for the Browns by now, Brian Hoyer remains the starter in Cleveland. Hoyer hasn't put up staggering numbers by any stretch, but has limited mistakes and managed the games well. He is yet to throw an interception this season. Hoyer and the Browns might get an offensive weapon back this week. Ben Tate is expected to return for the Browns after missing two games with a sprained knee. If he does come back, the Browns will have a great problem in finding enough carries for Tate and their two productive rookie backs, Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell.
This game plan's an easy one for the Titans. Ken Whisenhunt has finally been giving rookie Bishop Sankey more carries, and he'd be smart to do so again Sunday. The Browns' run defense is being gutted for 153.7 yards per game. Jake Locker (wrist) is practicing this week and feels fine, so it's likely that he returns to the field as well, which should boost Tennessee's offense against Cleveland. Although the Titans are off to a very rough start, it's still early in the season. Grabbing win at home would be a step in the right direction. Conversely, losing to a 1-2 Browns team at home and falling to 1-4 would put the Titans in a significant hole to dig out of.
