Houston Texans running back Arian Foster exited in the third quarter of Texans' Week 9 loss to Philadelphia due to a groin strain and was originally listed as questionable on the team's injury report for Sunday's contest at Cleveland. Foster didn't return to practice until Friday, when he was a limited participant, and the news came down Saturday that Foster was downgraded to out for Sunday's game. Groin strains are notoriously slow to heal and easy to aggravate if an athlete returns to action before completely healed. It is not something to take lightly, especially for a running back, and therefore expect a healthy dose of Alfred Blue against the Browns.
NFL injury report: 4 players to watch for Week 11
In his weekly column, SB Nation Medical Expert Dr. Ali Mohamadi gives insight into the most notable injuries in the fantasy landscape and how they might affect your roster decisions for Week 11. A pair of top running backs lead the list this week.

Just one week after Marshawn Lynch's breakout, four-touchdown performance the Seattle Seahawks have been waiting for this season, Lynch is listed as questionable for Seattle's showdown at Kansas City with a calf injury. After missing the previous two days of practice, Lynch returned to full participation late in the week, making it extremely likely that he will get the call tomorrow. If Lynch aggravates the injury before or during the game, backup Christine Michael will see additional action at RB.
Reggie Bush returned to Detroit's lineup last week after missing two weeks with an ankle injury, but he aggravated the injury in the Lions' thrilling win over Miami and has not practiced since. Although Bush is listed as questionable on the team's injury report, given the lack of practice it is growing increasingly likely he will sit out Sunday's contest at Arizona, leaving Joique Bell and Theo Riddick to split carries in the backfield.
Tight end Kyle Rudolph has missed the Vikings' last six games after suffering an abdominal and groin strain in September, but he is listed as probable for this week's contest at Chicago. After having fully participated in practice this week, it appears Rudolph will get his first chance to take the field with rookie Teddy Bridgewater starting at quarterback.
