LeGarrette Blount walks off field before game ends
The Steelers’ backup running back left the field before Monday night’s game was over because he was frustrated with his lack of playing time. Now, his teammates are reportedly upset with him.

Original: The Pittsburgh Steelers earned an important victory over the Tennessee Titans on Monday night, but apparently have some issues within the locker room, according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Running back LeGarrette Blount walked off the field before the game was over. Blount left because he was mad that he had not received any carries throughout the night.
Per Bouchette, this is not the first time that Blount has been a problem for the team. A few weeks ago, Blount went on a Pittsburgh radio station and bemoaned his lack of action. Blount is not thrilled with his role as a backup to Le'Veon Bell, although Bell is clearly the more talented back. Blount has received 65 carries for 266 yards on the season, scoring twice. Bell has amassed 951 yards on 4.9 yards per carry, including 204 yards against Tennessee.
Steelers vs. Titans
One unnamed player wanted Blount to be left in Nashville following his actions on Monday night. Bouchette also reports that several players have been pushing for the Steelers to release him because of his attitude. The Steelers are on their bye this week and their plans for Blount remain unknown.
