Cowboys vs. Giants 2014 live stream: Time, TV schedule, radio and how to watch online

Dallas tries to keep pace in the NFC East while New York tries to snap its five-game losing streak.

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

The Dallas Cowboys have not made the playoffs since 2009, but are currently alive in the NFC playoff picture. Dallas was not expected to compete for the postseason by most pundits this offseason, but behind DeMarco Murray, a top-notch offensive line and a much-improved defense, the Cowboys remain in contention. On Sunday night, they try to take another step toward the playoffs against the New York Giants.

New York has endured a brutal season. The Giants started out 0-2 but rallied for three consecutive wins before the wheels came off with five straight losses. Last week, the Giants had an opportunity to beat the San Francisco 49ers but fell short behind Eli Manning's five interceptions. New York is 19th in total offense and struggle to run the ball with any consistency, ranking 25th in yards per carry with 3.7.

The Cowboys have had no such issues running the ball. Murray leads the league with 1,233 yards thanks to an offensive line that boasts three first-round picks in Zack Martin, Tyron Smith and Travis Frederick. Tony Romo has been able to compliment Murray with an explosive passing attack, throwing for 2,244 yards and 18 touchdowns. Dez Bryant is showing up in his contract year, hauling in a team-high 56 catches for 793 yards and eight scores.

Another receiver to watch in this game is rookie Odell Beckham Jr. If there is any bright spot for the Giants, Beckham is certainly it. The youngster out of LSU has dominated in the six games he has played, catching 31 passes for 463 yards and three touchdowns. Beckham's most impressive performance came in primetime against the Indianapolis Colts three weeks ago when he went for eight catches and 156 yards.
