Falcons vs. Saints 2014 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online

The NFC South is all but on the line Sunday, when the division’s oldest rivalry gets rekindled at the Superdome.

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

The New Orleans Saints can win the NFC South this week, needing only a win over the Atlanta Falcons and a loss from the Carolina Panthers. New Orleans, despite its 6-8 mark, sits in first place and currently holds the fourth seed in the NFC playoff picture. Meanwhile, the 5-9 Falcons control their own destiny. Two victories in the final two weeks and they will be the NFC South champ.

New Orleans is coming off a 31-15 victory over the Chicago Bears. The Saints moved the ball at will, generating 25 first downs and 443 total yards behind Drew Brees, who torched Chicago's secondary for 375 passing yards and three touchdowns. New Orleans' defense also picked up, sacking Jay Cutler seven times. Linebacker Daniel Hawthrone had a career game with three sacks, while Junior Galette notched two.

Atlanta fought valiantly against the Pittsburgh Steelers last weekend before losing, 27-20. The Falcons could not contain Ben Roethlisberger, who threw for 360 yards. Matt Ryan was equally as impressive, throwing for 310 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Ryan has been the focal point of the Falcons all year long, checking in with the fifth-most passing yards in football (4,112). Julio Jones has been Ryan's top target and ranks second in the NFL with 1,428 receiving yards, despite not playing last week due to a hip injury.
