Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has been replaced by Brian Hoyer after suffering a hamstring injury against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. He is questionable to return, according to the team.
Johnny Manziel questionable to return with leg injury
The rookie limped off the field in the first half.

Manziel took a hard hit from Panthers defenders Luke Kuechly and Colin Jones while attempting to scramble in the second quarter. He immediately limped over to the sideline and was taken into the locker room with a towel over draped over his head.
Manziel made the second second start of his career and was off to another slow start, completing just 3 of 8 passes for 32 yards and adding 3 yards rushing on two carries. The Browns trail 10-3 at halftime, meaning they have yet to find the end zone in six quarters of Manziel as the starter.
Manziel had a rough go of it in his first start, a 30-0 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. He went 10-of-18 passing for 80 yards and a pair of picks in that game.
