Now that the 2014 NFL Draft has come and gone, there will be precious truly important things for you to care about until the regular season. But since you're reading this article, you're probably the type who wants to absorb every bit of NFL-related news you possibly can, which is why the Internet has made team minicamps, organized team activities and training camp schedules public.
NFL offseason schedule: OTAs right around the corner for all teams
Rookie minicamps are getting underway and OTAs are just two weeks away for most teams in the league.


Training camp battles are some of the most talked-about stories of the offseason, with hundreds of new players entering the league and considerably few roster spots open around the NFL. Right now, the next step in the offseason process are rookie minicamps, which will be kicking off over the next week. Not all teams have announced dates for those minicamps, which are usually two- or three-day affairs.
Teams will get to spend the same amount of time with their rookies as usual, despite the NFL Draft taking place in May instead of April. Rookie minicamps will occur later in the month than years past, and mandatory minicamp and OTAs will be more compressed. The new schedule has drawn criticism, notably from Marvin Lewis of the Cincinnati Bengals.
Teams have already been able to assemble for strength and conditioning or rehabilitation activities since late April. No contact has been allowed to this point, and will not be through most of the offseason. Offenses and defenses can take part in 11-on-11 drills only when OTAs begin.
