NFL preseason 2014: Cleveland and Washington wrap up Week 2 on Monday night
Johnny Football gets a chance to earn a starting gig for the Browns.

Can Johnny Manziel grab the starting quarterback job from Brian Hoyer? That's the big question entering this game, given it will likely be the last statement both players will make before a decision is made -- Mike Pettine wants to have a starter named by Tuesday.
Hoyer will draw the start, but both quarterbacks will get reps with the first team. The Browns plan on alternating Hoyer and Manziel every two series until the first-stringers leave the game.
Manziel was the better man last week against Detroit, going 7 of 11 for 63 yards to Hoyer’s 6 of 14 for 92 yards. Manziel also showed off his wheels, rushing for 27 yards.
Washington, of course, has its own quarterback to worry about. Robert Griffin III played just one series against the New England Patriots last week, so the team will likely look to get him more time as he adjusts to his new offense. It won't hurt that he'll have DeSean Jackson available. The highly touted free-agent signing, jettisoned by the Eagles this offseason, missed last week's game to injury, but appears poised to make his debut on Monday.
