In this battle of 0-1 teams, at least Jacksonville’s record is understandable and almost expected as the team continues to rebuild. For Washington, it’s just another sign of a decline that seems to be picking up steam.
How to watch Jaguars vs. Washington 2014: Time, TV schedule, online streaming, radio and more
Both Jacksonville and Washington are 0-1, and both will be looking straighten out their early troubles against each other Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.

Washington was lifeless and mistake-prone in a 17-6 loss to the Houston Texans last Sunday, and no one can really figure out what's going on with quarterback Robert Griffin III, or the rest of the offense for that matter.
The Jaguars are going to keep rolling with Chad Henne at quarterback, but for how long? Rookie Blake Bortles is waiting in the wings, and while Henne likely wouldn't be yanked right away, Jacksonville won't wait forever if the losses start to pile up.

Nuts and Bolts
It's a question that's going to be asked over and over and over again; what's wrong with Robert Griffin? That said, focusing solely on that would ignore the fact that Washington has problems all over the place (and fumbling multiple times in the second half of a close game won't help).
Despite tight end Jordan Reed's hamstring injury, the good news is that Alfred Morris tallied 91 yards on 14 carries and Pierre Garcon caught ten passes (on 12 targets) for 77 yards.
The Jaguars were actually up 17-0 at the half against Philadelphia before getting their doors blown off. But Jacksonville might just have something in wide receiver Allen Hurns, who caught the first two touchdowns of his career in the first quarter.
