Both the San Diego Chargers and Buffalo Bills are surprising the NFL, but most league experts believe the Chargers will find a way to win on the road this Sunday.
NFL picks and predictions 2014: Chargers vs. Bills
The Bills are a surprising 2-0 while the Chargers are coming off a win against the defending champs. Who will emerge victorious in Week 3?

After a disappointing Week 1 loss, the Chargers turned right around and beat the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, while the Bills are 2-0 and Sammy Watkins looks like he'll be able to live up to the hype.
So what kind of team is San Diego? From the looks of it, the same as always. The Chargers will forever be a frustrating bunch, squandering big opportunities and coming away with improbable victories. But there is some reason to believe in this group, especially because Philip Rivers remains one of the more underrated quarterbacks in the league.
Losing running back Ryan Mathews hurts, but that shouldn’t slow San Diego down.
Despite the strong start, the experts aren’t yet buying into the Bills. Over at CBS Sports, the Chargers hold a 6-2 advantage, while at ESPN, San Diego currently has a 7-3 advantage. Over at Yahoo! Sports, the Chargers are a unanimous choice to come away victorious.
What will it take for people to start believing in Buffalo? Going 3-0 against the likes of Chicago, Miami and San Diego will certainly help.
SB Nation’s experts see a closer matchup, as San Diego only holds a slight 4-3 advantage.
