Bears vs. Jets 2014: Time, TV schedule, radio and how to watch online

After pulling off a big comeback last week, the Bears are on the road again to challenge the New York Jets on “Monday Night Football.”

Ed Szczepanski-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Bears will be riding high when they challenge the New York Jets on Monday Night Football.

The Bears pulled off an impressive comeback on Sunday night, scoring 21 points in the fourth quarter to stun the 49ers in their brand-new stadium.

The much-maligned Jay Cutler threw four touchdowns -- three in the fourth quarter -- and the Bears were able to pull off the 28-20 win, despite losing plenty of defenders. Rookie Kyle Fuller stepped up, though, with two interceptions, including one off 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick that set up Chicago's go-ahead score.

If it wasn't for a very unfortunate timeout, then the Jets might have actually pulled off a huge upset against the Green Bay Packers. Of course, the timeout fiasco never would have happened if New York hadn't blown a 21-3 second-quarter lead at Lambeau Field.

Nuts and Bolts

So much for having a bum ankle. Wide receiver Brandon Marshall, who was cleared to play just 90 minutes before kickoff on Sunday, caught five passes for 48 yards and three touchdowns, two of which came in the Bears' furious fourth-quarter comeback. The rest of the Bears' injury report is a long one, though. Most notably, cornerback Charles Tillman (triceps) was placed on the season-ending injured reserve, possibly ending his Bears career.

For the Jets, wide receiver Eric Decker left Sunday's game with a hamstring injury, and has been missing practice this week. New York also has an interesting development at running back, with Chris Ivory outperforming starter Chris Johnson. At some point, the balance of power in the backfield will likely shift.
