Tight end Richard Rodgers and offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga collided in the second quarter of the Green Bay Packers' season opener against the Seattle Seahawks, and both players went down with apparent injuries.
Packers injuries: Richard Rodgers, Bryan Bulaga sidelined after collision
In what was a scary moment for both players, a pair of Packers have left the game with apparent injuries after colliding on the field.

For Rodgers, the collision resulted in an apparent head injury, and through the middle of the second quarter, he remained on the sidelines being evaluated by team medical staff.
In Bulaga’s case, the situation could be worse:
Bulaga taking his left knee brace off and that's indeed where they're checking - the knee. That's the one with the repaired ACL.
— Mike Garafolo (@MikeGarafolo) September 5, 2014 The Packers can ill afford to lose Bulaga again as a stalwart on the offensive line. Rookie center Corey Linsley has his hands full with Seattle’s top-ranked defense from a season ago. The team already lost Don Barclay, who suffered a season-ending injury of his own in the preseason.
So far, no official word has been given as to the severity of either injury, but it’s not a good sign when two key offensive players remain out after going down on a freak play.
Update: Bulaga is out for the game, according to NBC’s live telecast.
