Guthrie, 43, has been co-anchoring Today with Matt Lauer since 2012, when Ann Curry was dismissed after only a year in the position. Guthrie recently signing a three-year deal to remain on the show. Guthrie graduated from Georgetown’s law school as Magna Cum Laude in 2002 before joining NBC News in 2007. She worked as the network’s White House Correspondent before joining Today in 2011 as the show’s chief legal editor.
