The NFL playoffs get started this weekend with the Wild Card round. We have games Saturday and on Sunday. The first day of the playoffs will be a wet one with a storm system pushing through the Ohio Valley and into the Mid-Atlantic. There will be another push of scattered showers across the Carolinas. Both the games in Charlotte, North Carolina and Pittsburgh will have wet weather and temperatures in the 40s.
NFL Wildcard weekend weather forecast
The NFL playoffs kickoff Saturday with games in Charlotte, North Carolina and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Both games will gave inclement weather to deal with.
As for the games on Sunday, both home stadiums in Indianapolis and Arlington have retractable roofs. With snow possible in Indy and chilly temperatures in and around Dallas, I expect both games to be played with their respectable roofs closed.
