In the perfect cap of one of the most absurd sequences of professional football this season, the Dallas Cowboys appeared to recover a Detroit Lions fumble, only to fumble it right back and give the Lions life with under two minutes remaining in Sunday's NFL wild card game:

Sunday’s playoff game between the Lions and Cowboys approached a level of absurdity we had yet to see this season.


That's an Anthony Spencer forced fumble on Matthew Stafford, recovered by DeMarcus Lawrence, who promptly gave it back to Riley Reiff.
