NFL Draft 2015: Dates, schedule, times and more

The 2015 NFL Draft is just about here and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on the clock.

NFL Draft live coverage

We’re one day away from the 2015 NFL Draft, which gets underway on Thursday and runs through Saturday at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago. It’s the first time since 1963 that the draft won’t be held in New York City, with the last nine drafts held at Radio City Music Hall.

Radio City Music Hall was booked for the dates the NFL was considering for the draft, so the league allowed cities to bid to host the event, with Chicago reportedly beating out Los Angeles for the right. The first day will feature the first round, beginning at 8 p.m. ET, and the second day will feature the second and third rounds, getting underway at 7 p.m.

The fourth through seventh rounds will be handled differently this year. They’ll all take place on the third day, beginning at noon, with an event in Selection Square outside of the Auditorium Theatre. Teams will be announcing their draft picks from locations across the country, from their own facilities.
