The New York Jets addressed a big need at defensive tackle, drafting Leonard Williams out of USC with the sixth overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. The Jets may have fallen onto hard times, but nothing will rinse out a 4-12 season than landing an elite prospect to bring into the fold.

Williams made a big impact at the line of scrimmage for Southern California, shifting both outside and inside on the defensive line. He’s huge, standing at 6’5 and 302 lbs, and is incredibly quick for his size. He’s also arguably the best player available in the draft, a ready-now prospect that’s dominated in the Pac-12 over the past two seasons.
