Kyle Arrington has landed with a Super Bowl contender less than a week after receiving his walking papers from the defending champions. The Baltimore Ravens have signed the cornerback to a three-year deal, according to the team's website.
Ravens sign ex-Patriots cornerback Kyle Arrington to a 3-year deal
Baltimore adds a veteran cornerback with Super Bowl experience.

Arrington spent his entire career except part of the 2009 season with the Patriots, serving as a starter for much of his tenure in New England. His best season arguably came in 2011, when he led the NFL in interceptions with seven and batted away a career-high 13 passes. While playing in a more limited role last year, Arrington helped the Patriots to the Super Bowl where they defeated the Seattle Seahawks, 28-24.
In Baltimore, Arrington will likely play in nickel and sub packages, perhaps handling slot duties. He also provides veteran experience should Lardarius Webb or Jimmy Smith suffer more injuries.
For his career, Arrington has accumulated 283 tackles, 48 passes defensed, nine picks, five fumbles and three sacks. He also returned an interception for a touchdown.
