The Indianapolis Colts are already making changes after a wretched 0-2 start to the season. The Colts switched up three of their starters on the offensive line this week following a rough performance against the Jets last Monday night.
The Colts shake up their offensive line after Andrew Luck’s turnover issues
The Colts have switched up three of their starters this week in what could be the first of many dominos to fall.

The Indianapolis Star's Stephen Holder reported before the game that Jack Mewhort would take over at left guard, Hugh Thornton would start at right guard and Joe Reitz would move over to right tackle. When the Colts took the field on offense on Sunday, these changes were indeed made.
These are full-scale changes for a unit that needs it, as Andrew Luck has already been "officially" knocked down 17 times this season. He was hit more than any other quarterback in the league last year.
The porous play of the Colts’ O-line was on full display in their 20-3 loss to the Jets Monday night. Luck was under pressure all night, and threw three interceptions in the loss. He’s turned the ball over a league-leading 28 times since the start of 2014, and his lack of ball security has caught up to the Colts so far this season.
Head coach Chuck Pagano seemed to throw the offensive line under the bus following last Monday’s loss, remarking that Luck should be used to dealing with an army of defenders in his face as he’s dropping back to pass.
“[It’s] been the case for three years now, has it not?” Pagano said. “[Luck] should be more comfortable dealing with it.”
It’s been a season of turmoil so far in Indianapolis. Pagano, who is reportedly feuding with general manager Ryan Grigson, is in the final year of his contract. CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora reported Sunday Pagano thinks 2015 could be his last season with the Colts.
It could be a year of change for Indy, and the shakeup on the offensive line this week might be the first of many dominos to fall.
