Rex Ryan is pulling out all the stops for the Bills as he tries to prevent his former team, the Jets, from making the playoffs. On 4th-and-3, Ryan put in EJ Manuel at quarterback -- although it’s not clear if he ever intended him to throw a pass.

And he’s great at his job!
Starting QB Tyrod Taylor moved out to wide receiver, and Manuel, whose only passing attempts this year came when Taylor was hurt, began barking under center. He got Sheldon Richardson to jump, and the Bills got a first down.
