RELOCATION PAINS: Rams blast St. Louis in relocation application to NFL. The Rams application for relocating to Los Angeles included a scathing indictment of the team’s current home market that will make lots of fans mad as hell. The Chargers and Raiders filed for relocation, too, and there’s probably some things in their applications that fans in those cities probably wouldn’t like hearing either. But it doesn’t change the fact that the NFL’s handling of the relocation issue has been little more than a haphazard money grab, fans be damned.
