2016 NFL weather forecast, Week 10: More quiet weather across the NFL

Weather forecast for Week 10 of the NFL.

Once again, weather will be quiet across the United States. All eyes will be on Foxborough, Mass., as the Seahawks visit the Patriots on Sunday night.
