2016 NFL weather forecast, Week 13 - Where will the snow fly?

The main weather story in Week 13 across the NFL will be snow for the games in Green Bay and in Chicago. An inch or two are possible during these games. Thankfully not too windy but cold with temperatures around the freezing mark. Games in Seattle and Cincinnati could see rain, but weather for the rest of the games looks to be fairly quiet.
