The free agent rumor mill is heating up.

CAP CASUALTIES: This is the one player your favorite NFL team has to cut. Cap casualties are players who are released because the savings that come with the move are more valuable to the team than that player’s contributions on the field.
THE TOP 100 FREE AGENTS: These are the top 100 NFL free agents for 2016. The salary cap is going up, way up, again, and a lot of bad teams have a lot of money to spend. It’s going to be a busy spring in the NFL.
MACK OUT: Alex Mack is expected to opt out of his deal with the Browns. But that doesn’t mean he won’t be back in Cleveland this season.
EAGLES RE-SIGN JENKINS: The Eagles re-signed safety Malcolm Jenkins to a four-year, $35 million contract extension with $21 million guaranteed. Now, he wants the team to re-sign free agent Walter Thurmond. Jenkins’ deal can also be considered the floor for Chiefs free agent safety Eric Berry.
BENGAL BONANZA: Bengals impending free agents could attract big deals with other teams. Marvin Jones, Andre Smith, George Iloka and even Brandon Thompson are being praised by analysts, which could in turn lead to these players signing bigger contracts than previously expected.
BROWNS ON SANU: Browns expected to push for Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu in free agency. The combo of Sanu and Josh Gordon, assuming he’s back this season, along with Travis Benjamin would give the Browns a really good group of receivers.
HELLO, PHIL: Broncos sign defensive lineman Phil Taylor. Does this mean they won’t be re-signing Malik Jackson?
AN EVEN BIGGER CAP: NFL owners tried to hide revenue from players. Now, a court is making them give it back, and it’s going to make the salary cap even bigger.
JETS DUMP CRO: Jets part ways with Antonio Cromartie. Cromartie had zero interceptions last season despite starting 15 of 16 games.
WINSTON REFLECTS: Jameis Winston: What I learned in my rookie season. Last year’s No. 1 overall pick reflects on the lessons of his rookie season—from becoming a better leader and better quarterback to dealing with coaching changes to getting his body in shape so he’ll fit in at his next Pro Bowl
MATHIS PUTS KELLY ON BLAST: Evan Mathis gives brutally honest assessment of Chip Kelly. Boom.
COMBINE TIME: The NFL Combine, one of the weirdest events in sports, will feature 332 draft prospects. Draft prospects will be poked, prodded, measured, medically evaluated, tested and interviewed before finally hitting the football field to show off their athleticism.
