Chris Moore’s 87-yard kickoff return spurred a late touchdown that cut the Ravens’ deficit to seven points and gave Baltimore hope midway through a struggle against the Bengals. A quarter later, Moore and Joe Flacco teamed up to give that momentum right back.
Joe Flacco’s pick-6 stunned the Ravens, and Alex Collins’ amazing TD got them back on track
Chris Moore’s bobbles proved costly on Darqueze Dennard’s 89-yard touchdown return.

Flacco and the Ravens were just outside the Cincinnati red zone when he targeted Moore on a short crossing route. The pass was slightly behind its target, and Moore bobbled the ball just long enough for Bengals defensive back Darqueze Dennard to snatch it out of the air. With some great blocking, Dennard jogged into the end zone 89 yards later to give the visitors a 24-10 lead.
And how did that affect the shifting sands of the AFC’s Wild Card race? Well, it was pretty good for the Bills, at least:
What does this mean for the Ravens?: While Baltimore’s win probability took a major hit, Flacco and his offense recovered well. The Ravens drove into Cincinnati territory before facing fourth-and-3 at the 17. Rather than take an almost automatic three points via Justin Tucker field goal, they ran off tackle with Alex Collins in a play that was immediately blown up.
But Collins wasn’t going down without a fight.
The second-year tailback reversed field and somehow found running room, covering each sideline before flipping into the end zone and cutting the Bengals’ lead back down to seven points.
