Marshawn Lynch is getting touchdowns in practice and Jack Del Rio is pumped

BEAST MODE BACK.

Marshawn Lynch retired from football following the 2015 season, but he un-retired then signed with the Oakland Raiders back in April. This is very good. His presence is a refreshing and welcome one among NFL wet blanketdom, and Lynch has enthusiastically embraced his new spot with the Raiders. Thank you, Marshawn.

So it’s a happy relief to see Beast Mode running ham all over Oakland’s preseason workouts here in June. Just let Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio show you how excited he is about Lynch’s run game:

That’s Lynch taking a 30-plus yard handoff to the house during practice, and not missing a beat after a year away from football. Good gap, good field awareness, good run. All around stellar stuff.

Your man can still run. Hail Beast Mode.
