The NFL season is flying along and we’re about set to wrap up October. Next week’s TNF game will take place on Halloween, but this weekend we get a full slate. The NFL is taking a bye from byes with all 32 teams playing this weekend.

The league has settled down after five weeks of chaos. The past two weeks saw favorites dominating for the most part, and I did quite well with my weekly confidence picks. I went 13-2 with my only losses coming in a medium confidence pick (Falcons over Seahawks) and a low confidence pick (Texans over Packers). Houston almost pulled it out, but the Packers had some late game magic.
We’re on to Week 8, opening with Vikings-Rams on Thursday Night Football and closing with Giants-Steelers on Monday Night Football. Here’s my full list of picks for Week 8. A game with three asterisks (***) after it indicates a game where I’m picking the betting underdog to get the win.
