The holiday season has arrived and that means a busy week for the NFL. Wee 17 kicks off with a Christmas doubleheader on Netflix. It follows with Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime, a tripleheader on Saturday, nine games on Sunday, and Monday Night Football to wrap things up. Five days of football!

The playoff race is heating up as we come down the home stretch. The field is growing, with the Ravens and Packers securing a playoff berth last week. The Falcons moved back into first place in the NFC South and the Ravens have climbed into a tie with the Steelers in the AFC North.
Last week did not see too many upsets, which means my choice of five upsets were not great with my Week 16 confidence picks. I went 10-6, with a 5-4 mark on my medium picks and 2-2 for my low picks. I was 1-4 on my five upset picks.
We’re back now for my weekly confidence picks. Below is my full list of picks for Week 17. A game with three asterisks (***) after it indicates a game where I’m picking the betting underdog to get the win. This week, I’ve got four upset picks on the books. I may make some adjustments as injury reports come along given how early in the week these are going live. I’ll make a note of changes if they happen.
